After Three Exams
I’m pretty much intact. But yea, three exams in a week. THREE HARDCORE ones. You can really lose your sanity. I could’ve been close to having my insanity taken by the continuous trauma I’ve been getting after each exam I took this past week.

Hell and Heaven
I am currently in hell. Be back in a few days. Hell means three exams in a week. Two major exams and three papers!
Whew. This is hell.
On the brighter side of life, okay na kami. Thankful ako. And I hope magtuloy-tuloy na.

The new UP Charter requires that the rules and qualifications for the selection of the Student Regent must be approved by the students in a referendum. This is not, as some claim, a “threat” to the Office of the Student Regent. “A referendum is a means of assessing public reaction to the given issues submitted to the people for their consideration. It is consultative in character.” (Philippine Law Dictionary, 2005). For this reason, we welcome this statutory requirement as an opportunity for the students to participate in the decade-long debate surrounding the selection of the student regent.

If you live far from UP Diliman or you just want to know the results fresh, I’d be going to the Office of the University Registrar on January 18th, Sunday, the supposed date of release of the UPCAT Results for the August 2008 UPCAT exam. If you want, I could check your names on the list! (more…)
